■ Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pod maker, portable cook top with pots/pans for meal preparations.
■ Bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.
■ Condo offers side views of the Atlantic Ocean & Main Street Pier thru our kitchenette window.
■ Take a dip in our beachfront pool or walk barefoot on the sandy shore, the ocean is our backyard.

The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

We are all working hard to make our historic building match it's perfect location, so please Pardon our Appearance during our renovations of our East Building, while the unit owners remodel their units.
Our North Side 3rd floor Studio's interior is clean & not affected by work.
